This Italian inspired selection is based on simple, classic and minimal ingredients that when combined together create a delicious bowl of soup.  Plump cheese-filled tortellini and tender escarole combined in a light chicken broth finished with roasted garlic. Wonderful with crusty bread!  

Ingredients: Cheese tortellini, escarole, onions, carrot, roasted garlic, chicken stock, Asiago cheese, kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Suggested Garnish: Freshly grated Asiago, warm crusty bread and extra virgin olive oil

Suggested Beverage: A light, crisp Pinot Grigio
